Our lovely and well maintained town house is located in the district of Los Maestros, right after Torre Alta, at the foot of Mount Isabel de Torres.
It was built in 2006 and has a property area of 145 m2 and a construction of 105 m2 (excluding roof terrace).
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, living/dining room, American kitchen, a covered parking space, a terrace in the entrance area and a gallery with a magnificent view over the city to the beaches up to Playa Dorada.
A beautiful outside staircase leads to the roof terrace, tiled and equipped with columns and figures.
A magnificent panoramic view from up here, parties and birthdays can be celebrated here perfectly.
The house has a cistern for water, a water pump, power almost 24 hours daily, quiet neighbors, connections for cable TV, Internet, telephone available. Service charges for water, electricity, cable and trash only about US$ 80/60 € per month.
The house is maintained by a German artist and his wife lovingly. Here you can move without being forced to renovate the house first.
The city of Puerto Plata, doctors, supermarkets, the “Malecon” and the town beach is just 5 minutes. The airport is 20 minutes.
